Just a quick article about unexploded cluster munitions in Lebanon. Israel fired thousands of rockets into Lebanon containing cluster munitions. almost 40% of these little cluster bombs fail to explode upon impact, in effect becoming landmines. They do not discriminate between civilians and soldiers, adults and children.
