    I just recently picked up a nice map of cycling routes in the City of Surrey. It includes lots of safe cycling tips and rules of the road. In addition, you can visit http://www.bikesense.bc.ca to view “Bike Sense: The British Columbia Bicycle Operator’s Manual: A Guide to the Rules of the Road, Bike Handling, Traffic Skills and the Enjoyment of Cycling for Life.” Another site is http://www.th.gov.bc.ca/popular-topics/cycling/bicycle.htm for information about BC cycling regulations and links to other agencies that support bicycling in BC, Oregon, & Washington State.
